You can buy eTickets for the castle tour on-line now. 
 How does it work? It’s very simple. In the online ticket sales portal, just select the tour route, date and time, ticket type, and then follow the on-screen instructions. Online tickets must be presented at the ticket office for inspection 15 minutes before the start of the tour. The walk from the parking lot to the ticket office takes approximately 20 minutes uphill.

Please note! - We have experienced cases where visitors were falsely informed that the only way to get from the parking lot below the castle to the castle itself is by the tourist “road train.” If using this service results in missing the booked time slot, some visitors then attempt to claim a refund for the missed tour (and the forfeited payment). The castle administration is not responsible for the road train service and cannot accept such claims.



Please allow sufficient time for your arrival.

Present your purchased ticket directly to the guide before the start of the tour. You may present either a printed ticket or an electronic version on your mobile phone. If a visitor is claiming a discount (reduced admission or free entry), they must present valid proof when the e-ticket is checked.
